DC1001P

The DC1001P series micro resistance welding power supply uses the proven and reliable power control components from previous models of MacGregor power supplies and combines them with more accurate and advanced electronics. With output accuracy of better than 1% and waveform ripple content of better than 1%, the DC1001P offers the ultimate in precision welding technology. The system also offers an advanced user interface with graphical data display. This micro welding equipment offers advanced SPC data output and multiple configuration options to allow simple and uniform configuration of the unit for integration into production. Advanced Serial Communications and I/O combined with programmed options allow the DC1001P to be used with almost all interface systems and controls.

The improvement in the electronics also increases the units accuracy and resolution. The ability to control the output more precisely and with greater resolution provides the ideal platform for precision applications or applications requiring advanced weld monitoring.
Digital calibration adjustments allow the unit to be calibrated without cover removal and simplifies maintenance and training.

We also supply the DC601P series resistance spot welding power supply which offers a single phase variant of the DC1001P welding power supply. With the same precision performance, the DC601P is ideal for applications requiring precise control or welding output.
