Linear
Linear DC uses transistor regulated output to create the most pure and noise free output available. The low noise levels allow the process feedback to be based upon analogue technology with minimal filtering. These attributes combine to offer the most stable and rapid responding form of power control available. The DC series is capable of responding to a 50% load change in ~ 10 µs, ensuring that the weld output is repeatable despite variation in the products and process.
Linear DC is capable of operating with the same accuracy and response throughout the entire specified output range. This makes Linear DC ideal for precision applications at low current levels, and where exceptional process monitoring is required. Linear DC precision welding technology provides the most pure and accurate welding output with the highest dynamic response and process monitoring capability.
