m3 Series

The m3 offers a precise and responsive control of welding output for applications requiring larger currents. The m3 series is available in standard output ranges from 2,000 to 12,000 Amps and is available with single or three phase input, making the unit simple to integrate into most production environments. Special order units can be manufactured up to 18,000 Amps.

The m3 High Frequency DC Welding Power Supply offers the latest in advanced technology power control. The M3 combines the best features of Linear DC with the convenience of a compact and energy efficient design.

The unit uses a unique twin loop control circuit enabling HFDC technology to provide performance similar to Linear DC. The primary advantage of using this hybrid technology is a significant reduction in unit size and weight compared to Linear DC, and the capability of using either single or 3-phase mains supply. The m3 series features the same interface and communications features as the DC1001P, creating a uniform operation and interface requirement for applications requiring up to 6,000 Amps.
