MacGregor Welding systems expand their product portfolio

MacGregor Welding Systems have expanded and consolidated their comprehensive micro joining product portfolio with a new range of precision pulse heat power supplies and accessories.  These units specifically target reflow soldering and thermo compression joining applications where repeatability and accuracy are critical factors. 

Typical applications for the products include the manufacture of LCD assemblies, CCD & CMOS camera assemblies, reflow soldering and rework applications, micro coaxial cable assemblies, sensors, microphones and insulated wire bonding applications.
